Starting an enquiry
The enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message with the details you enter. It does not submit an application to a bank. You decide whether to send the message in WhatsApp.
Who receives your message
Messages go to FinMortgage at +65 9234 9625. Email enquiries go to [email protected]. These services have their own privacy policies.
How your details are used
Details you send are used to respond to the enquiry, discuss your loan needs and, if you proceed, help prepare your application.
Bank applications and referrals
Before sharing application documents, ask your consultant which lender or professional will receive them and for what purpose. Partner updates should be agreed with the client.
Other services
Mortgage enquiries can be handled on their own. An introduction to other services is a separate decision.
Calculators
Calculator figures are processed in your browser. The calculators do not send those figures to FinMortgage.
Questions about your information
Email [email protected] for questions about information you have shared, access or correction requests, or to ask us to stop contacting you. Retention requirements may affect what can be deleted.
